We stand behind every window treatment we sell. If you’re not satisfied with your window treatment during the first 60 days after delivery or professional installation of your order, we’ll make it right.
For orders professionally installed by SOL:
We will expertly repair your treatment, and or remake it correctly. If you’ve used our in-home design or measure and installation service, we guarantee a perfect fit – so we’ll replace the product at our expense.
Client measured and installed orders:
If you’ve measured and installed yourself, we don’t guarantee a perfect fit. But don’t worry! We’ll make you an identical replacement in the correct dimensions, and we’ll credit you 50% of your original product purchase price toward the replacement product.You must let us know within 60 days of order receipt and you must return the incorrect product. You are responsible for the shipping cost for both the replacement and the original product.
